From the Cardrona Distillery in New Zealand comes their 'Just Hatched' Whisky which takes its name from it only just reaching the threshold of being classed as a Whisky (3 years minimum aging).

Just Hatched is aged in a combination of both Bourbon and Sherry casks before bottling at a cask strength of 64.4%.

Plenty of Sweet notes running throughout with hints of Honey and Vanilla at the forefront, Spicy undertones
