The inspiration for this release comes from Paul's 'A Tale of Porthilly' dish using local Cornish Botanicals.
Plenty of Herbaceous notes at the forefront with Fennel Seed and Allspice being the more prominent before a Zesty body of Orange and Lime infused with touches of Liquorice with Cardamom and Citrus coming to finish things off.
